Growing up in Watertown WI, I have a personal connection to the city along with my professional connection.  Health and fitness have been a major part of my life.  I am very passionate about helping others improve their health and well-being.  I have been adjusted my entire life and understand the importance of taking care of your body and mind.
Like many, I had a major sports injury that has impacted my life and has led me down the path I am on and chasing.  I was very lucky for the majority of my sports career to avoid injuries but some injuries are just inevitable; as I got face masked during a football game my Junior year in High school.  Many say I shouldn’t have walked away from it…let alone play my senior year.  I had a lot of luck on my side but also contribute so much of my luck to having taken care of my body for so many years prior.  We really feel my body was able to withstand the amount of stress and torque it took on my neck because I was well adjusted since day one.  It had saved my life.   Once I graduated High School; I continued my athletics and moved on to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and competed in track and field.  I had a very successful career and was able to run with and compete against some of the best athletes around the country.
This has lit a fire in me, and drives my passion for health and wellness; in one day I hope to have changed someone else’s life like mine has.  I went on to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport IA once I had finished my career and degree at Little Rock.  I choose Palmer because the Chiropractor I have gone to my entire life went there and had inspired me to learn at the best. It also helps that Palmer was the first chiropractic school in the country and has a very high standard.  I graduated Palmer on the Dean’s list in 2014.  I continue to build my education and have gone on to get Applied Kinesiology (AK) certified, Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP), have taken Pediatrics classes including Webster technique, and have put hundreds of hours in Nutrition seminars from world renown nutrition doctors.
